Dr. Fidanboy has worked on software development and IT quality management systems model-standards, software quality assurance, process improvement project management, agile methods and management information systems for more than twenty-three years. He graduated from ANKARA UNIVERSITY Faculty of Engineering. He completed his first master's degree with thesis at HACETTEPE UNIVERSITY Institute of Science and Technology and received a master's degree in engineering. He completed his second master's degree with thesis at ÇANKAYA UNIVERSITY Department of Computer Engineering, with the thesis topic within the scope of CMMI (Integrated Capability Maturity Model) and artificial intelligence techniques.
He received his PhD degree from BAŞKENT UNIVERSITY, Department of Business Administration, Department of Management and Organization, with his PhD THESIS titled "Basic Skill-Based R&D Management Strategies: The Example of Technopolises". During his business life, he worked as TÜRK TELEKOM Technology Directorate (2 years between 2012 and 2014) and TÜBİTAK - Informatics and Information Security Advanced Technologies Research Center (10 years between 2002 - 2012); LİKOM Yazılım (2 years between 2000-2002), PREKONS A.Ş, 1011. Ordudonatım Main Repair Factory, ORT A.Ş. He worked as Quality Systems Manager and Quality and Process Management Consultant in many institutions and organizations in the public/private sector, such as.
